Once placed, your order is automatically received by one of our logistics centers which will take care of its execution until its delivery. After sending, a tracking number will be sent to you to be able to track its routing. You can contact us within the first 24 hours for a full refund without special reasons if and only if the shipment number has not yet been communicated to you.

Our delivery times are 2 to 3 weeks.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and 15 days to return it. To be eligible for the refund, the product must be returned intact, unused and well packaged in the original packaging.
